I understand and accept the following:

• The personal data in this registration form will be kept in the Centre and will not be used for any other purpose.
• The fees for the programme must be paid 60 days before the beginning of the course. For payment you can use money transfer to our bank account (bank charges are payable by the student). Details for our account will be received along with the confirmation letter. We apologize that personal cheques, traveller's cheques and credit cards are not accepted.
• Early booking price: 650 euro (instead of 670) and 790 euro (instead of 820) 90 days before the beginning of each course. Early booking price is approved only in case of sending the bank receipt of the whole amount of the fees (650-790) through e-mail or fax, 90 days before the beginning of each course.
• The AEOLIS language school is entitled to change the activities and the timetable of the lessons it has announced, depending on the classes that will be formed
• The AEOLIS Cultural Development Society of Lesvos Island is not responsible for injury, illness, or loss of personal property during class or during activities. I agree to release and forever discharge the AEOLIS Cultural Development Society of Lesvos Island and its officers, agents, and employees, from any and all claims, demands, rights, and causes of action of whatever kind or nature, arising from and by reason of any and all known and unknown, foreseen and unforeseen bodily and personal injuries, including death, damages to property and the consequences thereof, resulting from my participation in the Summer LANGUAGE PROGRAMME. I hereby agree to maintain accident and health insurance in force and effect for the entire duration of my participation in the programme.
• Cancellation Policy: Full refunds will be given up until the last day to register for the programme (60 days before the beginning of the LANGUAGE PROGRAMME). For late cancellations there will be no refund. However, the student is entitled to re-register within two years. In that case the student only pays the extra cost. When students are given refunds the bank charges are payable by them
